Manifesto

Software should run itself in the market

Software should run itself in the market. Not as a metaphor — as an operating model. A product that waits for a human to send every email, triage every reply, and watch every metric is a product that scales linearly with headcount.

We built Layap because we needed agents that could run MailAdx, LtvAdx, and InfluencersKit without us babysitting cron jobs. The platform proposes. We approve. The ledger records every action. And every week, the system gets measurably better — because human edits compound into scoring calibration, variant bandits, and insight tickets.

That is the entire story. We are our own first customer. It works. Now we are opening it to design partners who want the same motion for their product.

The approval seat

Every agent action that touches the outside world passes through an approval gate. Outreach drafts, account creates, retention emails, social posts — the platform files a ticket, you edit or approve in one click, and the ledger stamps the outcome. Nothing sends unverified. Nothing publishes without review.

The learning loop

Most agent platforms treat each run as independent. Ours does not. Every edit you make in the approval inbox is mined. Every subject line is a bandit arm. Every month, scoring recalibrates against what actually converted. Your operator instincts compound into the system.

What we do not do

We do not invent social proof. We do not fake customer logos. We do not claim magic. We run real products with real agents, meter LLM spend to the cent, and file honest receipts.

If that sounds like how you would want to run GTM for your product, join the waitlist.

We are our own first customer. It works. Now we are opening it.
